Our immediate past president, Neill is
a native Floridian hailing from Jacksonville.
He completed his formal education on the
GI Bill from Emory University with a BBA
and MBA.
He immediately jumped into the business
world as a commercial banker. He held senior
positions as Human Resource Director for
five bank holding companies. He also at
times managed Marketing Research, Retail
and Branch Management, Mergers and Acquisitions,
and Strategic Planning for large banks
or bank holding companies.
After many years in the banking version
of “musical chairs” (banks
were bought up year after year by other
banks), he tired of moving every few years
or so and decided to settle down and entered
the Mortgage Brokerage business fit his
skills and temperament. Neill's slogan "Putting
Your Interest First" describes the ethical
standard he sets for himself in an industry
well known for taking unfair advantage
of clients. Neill focuses entirely on the
residential side of the business. He is
familiar with and offers all types of loan
products.
Today Neill will talk some about his
business and developments that might impact
your lives or the lives of people you know.
He will also talk about one of the ways
he uses his spare time (other than with
Rotary)
