One Heart, One Child at a 
Our speaker is Marty Kramer, Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Winter Springs since 1992, was named his club's Rotarian of the Year (1999-2001) and became its president from 2003-2004
Marty's passion for service above self is reflected in his new involvement - One Heart, One Child at a Time.
Recently Marty met with Robbie Donno, Founder and Chairman of Gift of Life International in New York City, to learn more about this Rotary initiative.
Robbie founded the Gift of Life International program in 1974. Since that time, over 8,000 children world wide, with congenital heart defects have been able to live long, productive lives thanks to the Gift of Life.
Marty is working to bring this program to our district, and has had much success in introducing this project to the clubs in Central Florida.
He stated "We hope to soon bring our first patient to Orlando with the anticipated participation of the Arnold Palmer Childrens Hospital, and the Pediatric Cardiac Surgical Team from that hospital headed up by Dr. Robert DeCampli."
Marty will be bringing us lots more of information about the program today and a share some exciting news.

June 14 and June 21 meetings will be held at BUTTERMILKS COUNTRY RESTAURANT in Fern Park. Click on the link below for exact location.
The meeting on June 28 will be canceled in the morning since the installation banquet will be taking place the same day in the evening (see related announcement below).
Installation Dinner Information 
Location: Harvard's Restaurant at Alaqua Country Club.
When: Wednesday, June 28 - cocktail starts at 6:30 p.m.
Cost: $40 per person
Rotary "Evening at the Oscars" 
District 6980 Awards & Guards on June 24 at the Orlando Airport Marriott. Cocktail social starts at 6 p.m. and the dinner at 7 p.m.
It will be an Oscar Night celebration. "Celebrities" will be making the award presentations.
