| Vocational Talk - Craig Sonner talks about criminal defense |
 |
|
"JUST BECAUSE YOUR NAME APPEARS ON A POLICE REPORT DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE GUILTY!"
Craig Sonner joined our club a few months ago. He is a former prosecutor for the Seminole County State Attorney's Office.
Today Craig devotes 100% of his practice to criminal defense and he is going to let us know what to say and what to do - just in case.

| A meeting run amuck as reported by VP Gary |
 |
|
Gary reading the business agenda from his breakfast napkin.
"Members were asking when is Al returning... they didn't like my puns and I was fined for them."
The meeting went further out of kilter as Duane led the members into singing. "I stopped it after one song because it was so terrible. I did let them sing happy birthday to Hank."
"Bill shared a story about encountering a homeless person across the street from his place and calling the cops this morning. He said the police stated that this guy had a record of breaking into homes of elderly people and stealing things."
"Sandy also stated that another elderly couple had been taken for $2500 by someone in the subdivision of Carriage Hill."
This all happening in Casselberry?
The bright news - as reported in Seminole Neighbors: Police Chief John Pavlis resigned his double duty as interim city manager to concentrate on his primary job - policing the city.

| Do you know who your buddy is? |
 |
|
President Al assigned every member a club buddy. Your name was on the list.
Our Sergeant-at-Arms Bill is looking right at you at the next meeting wanting to know who he or she is? Are you ready to say who your buddy is or pay a fine?
