New member, Joe Pirus and President, Al Cook represented Rotary Club of Casselberry last Wednesday, May 30, 2007. We were able to talk to the many attendees of the Summer Bash. We should look forward to seeing many new faces visiting the club as we had numerous interested prospective members who expressed an interest in being invited to a meeting. Lets try to be on our best behavior! (We can at least try.) Ha ha.
We will have a table there to represent Rotary Club of Casselberry.

Rotary Club of Casselberry will be serving at the Coalition for the Homeless June 8, 2007. Volunteers will meet at 5:30 PM to serve 6 - 8 PM. If you are interested in being part of this Special Rotary Project or have any questions, please contact Ben.
This is a Club event that we are proud to continue to take part of every year. This proud tradition was started 15 years ago, occurring three times a year. We have been serving the same menu or every year: Spaghetti, meat sauce, salad, and garlic bread. We, as a Club, buy, cook and serve food to 150-200 hungry mouths.
We can thank Publix again for always being such a big donor. In the past several members will make the salad trimmings (Vicki has done this for many past years) and other additions needed.

Rotary Club of Casselberry is holding our 31st Annual Installation Banquet Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at Dubsdread Country Club in College Park. Cocktails start at 6 p.m. with dinner at 7 p.m.
Invitations have been sent out. Please Make your entree selection and bring it to Club Secretary Jackie Jung with payment on or before June 13, 2007. The price per person is $45.00. There will be a cash bar.
The master of ceremonies, Malcolm, will prepare an installation programme working with both President Al and President-elect Mike. The keynote speaker will be Past District Governor, Dave Apfelbaum.
REMINDER:
Since we will meeting for the banquet, THERE WILL BE NO REGULAR MORNING MEETING JUNE 27th.

The Calendar Project is looking for a leader to continue to move this important fundraiser along. This person or person's job is a very easy one of mostly following up with the committee heads. Please contact Mike Schaffer for more information or if you interested.

New Member Jenny Kiesel, sponsored by Elizabeth Savincki, was inducted by Al Cook last week. Eager to get involved, Jenny will be taking over the Bulletin in the next month. We welcome Jenny, a Personal Trainer at Thrive Fitness in Altamonte Springs. We can look forward to hearing from her in a vocation talk.
