    The Defintion of Rotary:

Have you ever been asked what Rotary is? If you've found yourself scrambling to come up with a concise but informative explanation, here is a 1 sentence definition that was summed up (and worth memorizing!) by the 1976 RI's Public Relations Committee and used every since.

"Rotary is an organization of business and professional persons united worldwide who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world."
